We are currently searching for top talent to join our teams for the summer. While opportunities to intern on a specific team exist, most interns will participate in our ZxLerator program. This 11-week start-up accelerator based in NYC provides students with guidance from entrepreneurship experts as they build, test and validate new business models. The ZxLerator also gives students the chance to develop their own start-up, think more creatively and design solutions that will help ZX Ventures shape and create the future.
Who Should Apply?
Our goal is to find entrepreneurially-mined people who share our passion for growth and have demonstrated their ambition through interesting and demanding professional, academic or extra-curricular activities. Our strength lies in the diversity of our team members’ prior experiences and their passion to learn.
Sound interesting to you? Here’s what we’re looking for:
True self-starters. ZX is proud of the speed at which our business moves and we are looking for those who are willing to be a part of our fast-paced environment.
Someone who has delivered exceptional results throughout their academic, professional or extra-curricular activities. We are looking for people who can show that their actions have led to impact.
Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills. We expect our team members to learn quickly and handle a number of challenges, wherever they are needed within the company. You will be trusted to develop plans to improve our business based on your specific area of responsibility and adapt to evolving responsibility as our business grows.
Advanced communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are needed to deliver great results in our work environment.
Intensely curious individuals who are passionate about understanding consumers and are driven to discover their unmet needs.
